TOPS Consult was born in 2007 to fill these gaps and provide expert and operational outsourced resources.
The founders of TOPS Consult have all held operational management position in large companies or have had senior careers in major consulting firms.
From these experiences, they have acquired the belief that in order to succeed in their high-stakes projects and accelerate their growth, as companies often lack time (or ‘bandwidth’ as we call it!) and qualified operational resources!
TOPS Consult was established in 2007 to bridge any gaps and to bring external and operational resources to the table.
Why TOPS?
TOPS does not mean that we claim to be the best, it is simply an acronym which combines the four terms which characterize our DNA and the fundamental areas we work in:
T for Transformation – Economical, technological and social developments impactactivity and performance of companies on a daily basis. We help our clients to adapt to new challenges in order to transform and adjust more quickly and remain competitive on their market.
O for Organization – Each transformation has an impact on the organization of a company and of its teams. Our action helps to ensure every employee is hardworkand commitment within motivated and high performing companies!
P for Process – for those of us who have had experience with large groups or major consultancy firms, rigorous methods and processes combined with common sense in business is essential to secure projects and facilitating their implmentation.
S for Strategy – Elaborated by the management, understood and supported by all employees, the Strategy is just essential to lead the company to lasting success.
From this acronym, we declineour different fields and methods such as TOPS Academy, TOPS Resources, TOPScan, TOPSales’Assessment, TOPSocial, etc.

For over a decade, TOPS Consult has claimeditself as a business service company . We have built our reputation on four pillarss which make us differentiate from our competitors, to consitute a unique pole of operational and sectorial skills which favors listening, commitment and co-construction.
